Why an IDNO constituency?

I believe that the Internet should be a universally available and democratically managed information resource.

The Domain Name System is vital to expressing and promoting commercial, scientific, social, educational, governmental, private and personal interests on the Internet.

Recent changes in the ICANN by-laws have expanded the role of certain constituency interests in the management of DNS policy.

Unfortunately, the role of individual domain name owners remains ill defined.

The formation of the Cyberspace Association is the next step in the continuing process of providing individual domain name owners with a clear, authoritative and democratic voice.
